Loss, grief and bereavement
All of us at some point in our lives will experience a loss which will leave us in a state of grief. Shock, anger, denial & isolation, bargaining, depression and acceptance. These are normal responses to a loss and there is no "right" way to experience these.
If you are going through this the most important thing is that you take care of yourself. For some people talking therapies can help in that for example, by giving a space where you can make sense of life without the person or people who have died.
It is also important to note that loss does not solely mean that someone close to you has died. You can grieve the loss of many things; a relationship through relationship breakdown, loss of identity through a change in circumstance like being made redundant, loss of meaning through life not taking the trajectory you had planned or a loss of confidence through experiences such as work place bullying.
